Internet Safety is important. Everybody should know not to give information about themselves online. There are many dangers out there in cyberspace that everyone should be aware of. If you post info online it will help them find you and more info about you. So be aware of what you post.

A digital footprint is the trail you leave online. This happens when you post, comment, text, etc. the things you post online are saved even if you delete the info, the info can be shared, copied, and searched. It is important to have a positive digital footprint because friends, parents, college admission officers, and future employers can see this information, and this can impact what they think of you. To make sure you have a good digital footprint you should always think twice before you post.
